Memorial Day Fun

We were supposed to swim and BBQ but the weather wasn't quite warm enough. So, we took our BBQ to Kathie's house and then went to the park for a few hours. The kids had fun playing with their cousins and we even played a long game of kickball. Good thing it wasn't too hot yet! Steve was coming home from his motorcycle trip to Colorado, so we missed having him there.

Sleepy Buddies!

Sam got tired of waiting for Mommy to come tuck him in again so he went and found another snuggle buddy. The two of them fell asleep together.

Last Day of School

Yippee! We made it through another year. We had an amazing year and the kids were all blessed with awesome teachers!

Emily had Mr. Londot, but missed the photo so we put Charity in her place. Charity had Mr. Londot last year. He was named the Arizona Science Teachers Association Science Teacher of the Year and also 2008 AZ PTA Educator of the Year. Both girls loved being in his class.

Since Emily missed her picture with Mr. Londot we threw in this beauty from the Renaissance Fair that the 6th grade put on the last week of school.

Spike!

Zac has a very fun teacher this year, Mrs. Culiver. Today she decided it would be fun to style the kids hair (only with parent permission) while they were doing their work in class. Zac was ecstatic to say the least. I think she used a whole bottle of gel just on him! We went swimming that night with the Bowlers and Zac was very careful not to get his hair wet until everyone had seen it. I'm thinking maybe he needs a haircut. . .
